Eligibility of Applicants for Admission Test / Admission

For M. Sc. Physics & M. Sc. Electronics:

B.Sc. in any discipline of physical sciences with physics / Electronics / Math’s.

For M. Sc. Computer Science:

B. Sc. with one of the following subjects offered at B.Sc. III level (Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, and Mathematics.)

Mode of Admission Test

Admission shall be made on the basis of admission test / Merit.

For M. Sc. Physics, M. Sc. Electronics and M. Sc. Computer Science:

There will be separate admission test for M. Sc. Physics, M. Sc. Electronics and M. Sc. Computer Science programmes. If a candidate intends to appear in both test, he / she is required to fill in two separate application forms.

Admission test (having multiple choice questions of objective type) will be of two hours each for Physics and Electronics separately. The syllabus for the test will be physics course of B.Sc.-I, II and III year (for M. Sc. Physics, M. Sc. Electronics and M. Sc. Computer Science admission test) and there will be negative marking for wrong answer. For M. Sc. Electronics, 40-50 present questions will be based on B.Sc. Electronics courses.

For M. Sc. Electronics Students:
